ART comes to us
in many different genres... It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I
introduce to Oceanside and beyond a new and tasty adventure in gastronomic
fulfillment. The opening of Elena's French Crepe's Café located at the corner
of Oceanside's Artists Alley and 511 Pier View Way.* The new business is owned
by Elena and Hassan El Sharkawy.
Elena is the most
charming and energetic woman I have met in a very long time. She is a painter
and has many stories to tell of her journey's across this world. She is now
embarking upon a new adventure in the opening of her Café in the heart of
Oceanside's Arts and Theatre district.
Hassan is also an
artist. Retired from oral surgery the owner of dental clinics in Egypt, he has
journeyed to America to start his new life as a painter/sculptor and co-owner
of Elena's Café. Together, they are part of the wondrous International makeup of our City
of Oceanside. The dynamic energy they bring will welcome You and will give you
the flavor of tastes from the Old World melding into the New World of Cooking
Arts for our City of Oceanside and beyond.
